Come join us to show the public how the Nashua Board of Alderman have chosen cruelty over making sure everybody is housed properly.

The camping ban, which was passed by the Nashua Board of Alderman last fall - is an ordinance that prohibits any unhoused resident from setting up a tent or an rv outside, under threat of a $1000 fine. If you are already unhoused, then you do not have $1000. If this fine is not paid, the consequence is jail time. As a result, we are making being poor, and not being to afford the exorbitant rent prices in both Nashua and this state - a crime.

We at the SNHDSA believe housing is a human right, and not something to bought and sold to private equity companies, and corporate landlords. Our current system ensures that housing prices stay inflated and out of reach for most people to squeeze the most amount of profit out of the average person.

This camping ban is a result of that system that only sees housing as an investment vehicle. It is our duty to fight against that. Please sign this petition to join us.
